I was interested because of the promo, but once I looked into it more, it didn’t really match what I thought was being offered. When I asked about it, I felt a little talked down to, like I should’ve somehow known the fine print already. Just left me with a bad impression

I had to send back a pair of tennis shoes because they didn’t fit, and I thought I’d be waiting around for the refund. To my surprise, it was all sorted within just a few days with no chasing or hassle at all. Really smooth experience and I’d happily use tennisnuts again

"Took Too Much Effort to Get Help"
I had a problem with my order getting it sorted felt like more work than it should’ve been. They did reply, but the responses were blunt and didn’t really explain much or help me understand what was going on. I had to send a few messages just to make any progress, which got frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected better customer service.

I really wanted this to work well, but it just wasn’t dependable enough for regular use. You’d expect something like this to be consistent without needing constant checking, but that wasn’t my experience

I ordered the wrong size and needed to exchange it. From what I remember, the process felt slower than it should’ve been, and I had to follow up by email a couple of times before things actually moved along. It did get sorted in the end, but looking back, it was a bit confusing and not the smoothest experience.

I ordered a pair of trainers that were showing as in stock, and to be honest I wasn’t totally sure whether to trust it or if I was being too optimistic. But they actually were available, which was a relief. Dispatch took a little longer than I’d hoped, though maybe I’m just impatient. No stock problems in the end, and I got exactly what I paid for.

"Decent overall, but postage felt a bit steep"
I ordered from tennisnuts and, to be fair, the items themselves were absolutely fine. No complaints there at all. My only gut feeling was that the delivery cost seemed a bit high for what I’d actually bought. I’d probably use them again, but only if I was ordering enough to feel like the postage was worth it.

"Great range and easy to trust"
I’ve ordered from tennisnuts a few times now, the range is one of the main reasons I keep going back. They’ve got rackets, shoes, strings, grips, and even stuff for my kids all in one place, which saves me from bouncing between loads of different sites. I’d seen a few other people recommend them too, and a couple of players at my club mentioned using them, so that definitely made me feel more confident ordering. Sizes and options are usually available as well, which is a big thing for me.

I ordered from tennisnuts.com and, really simple the checkout was. I found what I needed, the basket updated without any bother, and payment went through fine with no weird errors or extra steps. "A bit slow and hard to reach anyone"
I ordered from tennisnuts and the parcel did eventually arrive, but it took longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t a complete disaster or anything, just slower than I’d hoped. The annoying part was that there didn’t seem to be any real human contact when I wanted to check what was going on, which made it feel a bit frustrating. I’d probably use them again, but only if I wasn’t in any kind of rush.
